At Argentango, we strive to show you how Old meets New, without disrupting the food flare Argentina brings. You'll feel the coziness this restaurant setting brings because this too, is our home away from home.
As you enter, you'll notice two distinct rooms. Room 1 is patterned to reflect the vibrant lifestyle of South Florida; there are teardrop lights and a huge screen that's playing the current musical DVD. You'll notice the 15 foot ceilings and the natural linen drapes that plays with the open space. Very cool, very chic. Room 2 is patterned to reflect the typical setting you'd find walking down the streets of Buenos Aires; there are 3 arched windows that draw your attention to the Redondo just outside. So typical of the Capital City. A look around the inside, you'll see the presence of old brick and rustic wood that's again so typical of the local establishments in Argentina.
When you begin your journey with us for the evening, we offer only this advice: pace yourself. The rolls come hot out of the oven; don't eat all of them even though they're hard to resist, especially with our Chimmichurri Sauce. And if you're looking for a few appetizers that you're sure to enjoy, try our Mussels Provenzal, Fried Calamari, or Caprese Salad. Watch out for that delicious sauce coming from the Mussels though; you'll want to soak up all of it with our hot rolls.
Our dinners come with a salad or soup. Our soups are created daily and your choice may be Cream of Celery, Cream of Pumpkin, Cream of Leeks, or something you'd never expect. By the time you've gotten to this point, you may or may not have remembered the advice we gave you in the very beginning: Pace Yourself. This isn't a sprint, but a marathon.
Our Entrees include our perfectly Grilled Steaks, Pastas, Poultry, Seafood, and our Seasonal Specials. They all come with a choice of Side Dish unless you order a Seasonal Special, whereas the Seasonal Vegetable is incorporated in the whole plate. These Specials are only available for a short time so be sure to try them before they're gone for good. We hardly expect the average person to finish the complete entree, and if you did well then you've got an incredible appetite. If not, then we hope it's because of what we've been telling you to do: Pace yourself, because the best is yet to come!
Now finally to our Desserts. What can we say other than they're the perfect closure to any of our incredible meals? Whether you've ordered our Award-Winning Flan, our Crepe Flambé that's filled with warm Caramel, and served with Zambayon ice cream, or our Apple Crepe with Fruits Flambé, you can't go wrong. The Miami Herald, Sun Sentinel, New Times, and Aventura Magazine have called these desserts The Best Ever.
