For the last 18 years, our main business has been in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), primarily in food courts located in Regional Malls. We started out in 1987, opening our first QSR at Bayside Marketplace, and found the business to be quite rewarding. The sales generated per square foot area were impressive; you had a captured audience, and there could only be 1 type of food theme per food court.

Now, 18 years later, we’ve grown to over 300 units in 29 States and 9 different countries, selling 8 different types of cuisines, sometimes even taking over a food court in its entirety. We franchise our systems out to Host Marriott, The Mills Corporation, and even Food Brand just to name a few. The majority of our franchisees are individuals who in normal conditions, could never walk right into a food court and set up a business. Because of our relationship with all major Developers, we are often invited to put one or more of our food systems in their food court.

Argentango Grill came into existence 3 years after we opened our first Tango Grill in the food court of Aventura Mall, Aventura Florida. We realized that there was a market for customers in the food court, who didn’t want food court food, but rather, they wanted high quality food, served in food court time. Tango Grill is an Argentine Fast Food concept that serves fresh grilled to order, chicken, steaks and fish, served with our trademark Provencal French Fries or other side dishes.

Since then, the Tango Grill concept has found its way into other Florida malls exclusively in Florida, such as Dolphin Mall, Dadeland Mall, and Sawgrass Mills. We are also at the International Plaza, Tampa, Millenia Mall, Orlando, and the Mall at Wellington Greene, West Palm Beach.

When a location in Hollywood’s Young Circle became available, we wanted to try our hand at launching our first Full Service Restaurant (FSR) themed Argentinean. It was a different concept all together. No longer do you have a captured audience; now your place of business becomes the destination.

With over 300 QSR establishments located around the world, Argentango Grill was really designed as a place to entertain our business partners and franchisees, friends and family; it was never designed to be a high-dollar high-profit grossing unit. With that in mind, accompanied with our buying leverage, we’re able to offer the absolute highest quality grade of products and ingredients at substantially lower prices than what the market normally calls for.

Since opening our first Argentango Grill back in July 2002, we have since opened another location in the south suburb of Chicago located in Downtown Naperville. In June 2005, we opened at our 2nd South Florida location in Coral Gables, and the the Fall or 2005, we will open our Miami Design District location. We are currently considering locations in South Miami, Westin, Boca Raton, Boyton Beach, and Palm Beach.
